ListFlex API Responses

  • Error: Wrong key. Access denied – List ID and/or API key are missing or invalid.
  • Error: Your IP is already posting this lead. You can attempt to post a different lead. – A lead with the same email and/or phone number is already being attempted from the Lead Vendor’s IP address.
  • Error: This vendor is not allowed to post. – Lead Vendor is not set to “Active”.
  • Error: This list is not currently accepting leads. – Vendor List is not set to “Active”.
  • Error: Company not accepting leads. – Your company is not allowed to accept leads into any list. Contact your sales rep for more information.
  • Error: Access denied. You are not allowed to post to list ||LISTID|| – Trying to post into a list that does not belong to the Lead Vendor whose API Kye being used.
  • Error: Required field ||FIELD|| is missing. Please refer to your API documentation for details. – Missing a required field. Required fields can be adjusted on the List profile page for any given list.
  • Error: Lead empty – A lead with empty First Name AND Last Name AND Email AND Phone Number AND Address AND Zip is being posted in.
  • Error: Country field invalid – When a country field is being posted in, it has to be a valid country code. E.g. US, CA, JP, AU, GB etc.
  • Error: Email Invalid – Email has to be a valid Email address. E.g. xxx@xxx.xxx
  • Error: Email extension not allowed ||EXTENSION|| – We do not allow emails with extensions gov and mil to be imported into ListFlex.
  • Error: Suspected bogus email – We sanity check imported email and reject general use emails that start with “support”, “customercare”, “customer-care”, “customers”, “customerservice”, “customer-service”, “helpdesk”, “info”, “billing”, “careers”, “jobs”, “paypal”.
  • Error: Email domain banned – In ListFlex you have the option to block certain email domains from coming into your system. You can adjust those settings here.
  • Error 112: Bad email – Email being imported is in suppression.
  • Error 113: Bad email – Email being imported is blocked by Elite Scrub.
  • Error 114: Bad email – Email being imported is blocked by Level 1 Scrub.
  • Error 115: Bad email – Email being imported is blocked by Level 2 Scrub.
  • Error 118: Bad email – Email being imported is blocked by Level 3 Scrub.
  • Error: Country not allowed. Allowed countries: ||LIST_OF_COUNTRIES|| – Country being posted in is not part of allowed countries. You can adjust allowed countries on your List profile page.
  • Error: Invalid phone – If the country field is being posted in along with the phone number AND country is US or CA, then the phone length has to be 10 or 11 numbers long.
  • Error: Suppressed phone – Phone number being posted in is in suppression.
  • Error: Bad phone – Phone number being posted in is on the DNC.
  • Error 116: Bad phone – Phone number being posted in is blocked by Level 2 Scrub.
  • Error 119: Bad phone – Phone number being posted in is blocked by TCPA Scrub.
  • Error 117: Invalid US Address – Physical address being posted in is not a valid US address. This check is only invoked when you have US address validation turned on for your list.
  • Error: Lead contains bad word – A lead will be blocked if First or Last Name of the lead is equal to any bad word. This check is NOT case sensitive so “ass” will match “Ass” and “ASS”.
  • Error: Lead not accepted. – The lead is not accepted by any downstream buyer in your priority queue.
  • Error: Duplicate address. – The lead being posted in has a duplicate physical address as defined by Address, City, State, Zip.
  • Error: Duplicate lead. – The lead being posted in has a duplicate Email Address and/or Phone Number.
  • Success – Lead successfully imported.
